The Work Experience & Life Skills Training program is time limited and provides referrals a work history, employability and work maturity skills, an opportunity to improve work habits and attitudes, and most importantly - a chance to increase self-esteem. It is paid work experience and training is conducted in our production workshop, the contracts facility, or in the retail store.

This 12 week introductory training program provides resources to help resolve concerns of transportation and child care as well as offering information on the basic issues of personal hygiene, proper dress for the workplace, attendance and work-place behavior.
