Goodwill provides shredding of your confidential documents in our secured and monitored facility either on a regular contract basis or as needed. Documents may be brought to 525 W. 19th Street in Huntington or a convenient pick-up can be arranged.
We can provide banker boxes, or one of three sizes of bins for storage prior to pick-up. There is no charge for the containers, but we require a minimum weight and charge a nominal fee for the pick-up service. All media is secured while awaiting destruction and is destroyed within two weeks of acceptance. At the client’s request, a Certificate of Destruction is forwarded to them upon completion of the process.
All camera surveillance data is maintained for seven days. The building is secured by an audible, monitored alarm system, and during business hours, no un-escorted access to the building is allowed.
