Through private consultation, homebuyers will review mortgage products, determine their mortgage readiness, and learn how to budget for home maintenance and improvements.
Foreclosure intervention and default counseling are available through CCCS. Counselors, in some cases, can assist in working with lenders or other parties to solve mortgage delinquencies.
